Our client wanted an English cottage vibe, but to make it more bright and welcoming for his main-entry living room. We knew he needed storage for his impressive book collection and we wanted to tie the fireplace in to engage in the room more cohesively. Vintage art, a plaid rug, patinaed leather and rich fabrics create a cozy atmosphere, without feeling too dark to invite guests in.
